Ron Hallett

Ronald Hallett is a research professor at the Pullias Center for Higher Education in the Rossier School of Education. His research focuses on how to increase college access and success for at-promise students, including those who are low-income, racially minoritized, former foster youth, undocumented, homeless or housing insecure, and/or first-generation college students. He is currently one of the lead researchers on the Promoting At-promise Student Success (PASS) Project, which focuses on understanding the experiences of at-promise students and supporting postsecondary institutions in making data-informed decisions that improve student experiences and outcomes. He consistently engages in practice-oriented research and scholarship with the goal of creating more equitable opportunities and outcomes for at-promise students.
