Growing Together: A Toolkit for Building Connection and Community for Adjunct Faculty

This toolkit was created by Boise State University's (BSU) School of Social Work, MSW Online Program as part of the Pullias Center's Delphi Project on the Changing Faculty and Student Success project. An Adjunct Faculty Learning Community (AFLC) is a structured, collaborative space where faculty engage in ongoing professional development, interdisciplinary discussion, and shared inquiry to enhance teaching and earning. This toolkit provides a roadmap for departments looking to initiate, sustain, and grow their own AFLCs. The BSU learning community was structured around the Designing Accessible and Inclusive Professional Development for NTTF model, created by the Delphi Project.
