Building Connection and Confidence Through a Customized Online Adjunct Faculty Learning Community

This study addresses research gaps in providing support to adjunct faculty who are teaching in fully online, asynchronous programs. Boise State University's research focuses on an Adjunct Faculty Learning Community, and faculty confidence, community and relationship development. The finding suggest that adjunct faculty participating in a customized faculty learning community gain confidence and build community connections and relationships.
