Monica Raad was the USC Pullias Center for Higher Education’s administrative project manager. She served as the liaison between the Center and all USC departments. Raad had been part of the Center and USC since 2003 and was responsible for all Center financials, budgeting, grant submissions, logistics and communications. Prior to joining USC, Raad gained many years of project management experience in the electronics industry in technical research. She holds a bachelor’s degree in materials engineering from Alfred University in the state of New York.
