This webinar included the latest with the Change Leadership Toolkit and its resources. It incorporated two campus change leaders who have used the Toolkit to achieve different types of change goals, including retooling governance structures and advancing graduate education in these challenging times we are all facing. We provided a “what’s next” for the resources of the Toolkit and provided time for participants to ask questions about how the Toolkit works, how they can use it on their campuses, and how it can help leaders be more strategic change leaders.
