Nancy Reyes Peña is a Project Specialist for the Pullias Center for Higher Education, where she leads project management, event operations and cross-functional initiatives that support the center’s research, partnerships and national convenings. Her work spans large-scale conference planning, stakeholder coordination and operational strategy, ensuring seamless execution across multiple projects and teams.

A first-generation college graduate, Nancy earned her B.A. in Sociology from California State University, Los Angeles.

Prior to USC, Peña served as Office Coordinator at Califia Farms, where she led the company’s LA GREEN Business Certification initiative and supported C-suite executives across multiple projects. She also held an administrative role at CBRE, where she supported major tenants including L’Oréal, Beyond Meat and Warner Music Group.
