Nancy Reyes Peña is an administrative assistant for the Pullias Center for Higher Education, where she supports strategic initiatives through communications, content creation and program coordination. She plays a key role in marketing and outreach for the Leadership in Enrollment Management Certificate Program and contributes to digital engagement efforts for the College Advising Corps. A first-generation college graduate, Nancy earned her B.A. in Sociology from California State University, Los Angeles.

Prior to USC, Peña served as Office Coordinator at Califia Farms, where she led the company’s LA GREEN Business Certification initiative and supported C-suite executives across multiple projects. She also held an administrative role at CBRE, where she supported major tenants like L’Oreal, Beyond Meat, and Warner Music Group.
