Wendy Marshall is the Educational Program Designer for the Pullias Center for Higher Education. In this role, she partners with faculty and higher education leaders across the country to create programming that advances excellence in enrollment management.

Marshall began her career as a 4th grade bilingual teacher in the Paramount Unified School District. Before joining the Pullias team, she worked with the Center for Enrollment Research, Policy and Practice and the Office of Professional Development Programs at USC, the College Board, and leading educational publishers including Houghton Mifflin and McDougal Littell.

She earned her Ed.D. in Educational Leadership from the University of Southern California. Her dissertation, University Ready, received the Dissertation of the Year Award in 2012 and sparked her ongoing involvement in nonprofit work. Her research interests include parental involvement as social capital, college access for underserved students and innovative approaches to curriculum design for non-traditional learners.
Beyond her professional work, Marshall is actively engaged in environmental education and volunteer initiatives in Orange County.
