Augustine Hung is a graduate researcher at the Center for Research of Undergraduate Education (CRUE) at the University of Iowa. He was born in Hong Kong and earned his Master of Education in Higher Education from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education (OISE) at the University of Toronto.
Before joining CRUE, he worked for three years in the government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) and spent five years at a leading law school in Hong Kong. His advisor is Dr. Nicholas Bowman. His research interests include first-generation student experience and success, university rankings, international student mobility and institutional partnership.
