Gabriela Duncan serves as the Business Manager for the Pullias Center for Higher Education and previously held the role of Department Business Administrator at the Center for Enrollment Research, Policy, and Practice (CERPP).
Duncan brings extensive experience in business operations and financial management, developed through her tenure with the Rossier School of Education’s Business Office and the Office of Professional Development Programs. In her current role, she oversees the financial operations of the Pullias Center and manages all aspects of research and grant administration. Duncan and her team support the largest research center within Rossier, with responsibilities that include budget development, financial forecasting, account reconciliation, and compliance oversight.
Prior to joining USC, Duncan worked as a Customer Advocacy Manager for Marriott Vacation Club International and supported fundraising and outreach efforts for the Children’s Miracle Network Southern California Chapter.
Gabriela earned her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of California, Irvine, and a Master of Science in Project Management from the University of Southern California.
