This Case Study describes how Forsyth Tech President Janet Spriggs and her team leveraged the strategic planning process to redesign student advising and support services at Forsyth Tech through the ‘Student Experience of Onboarding’ Project. Ultimately, overall completion rates improved to 31%, with gaps for Black students decreasing by 15 percentage points and Hispanic/Latino students now completing at higher rates than White students.
