Raúl Gámez is a Ph.D. candidate in higher education at the Center for the Study of Higher and Postsecondary Education, University of Michigan. Raúl’s research interests focus on understanding organizational behavior and organizational change in higher education, particularly related to diversity, equity, and inclusion. He earned an MA in higher education administration at the University of Michigan and a BA in theatre arts and translation and interpretation studies from California State University, Long Beach.
