In the midst of a turbulent higher education environment, campuses are using the Shared Equity Leadership model to create meaningful change. This webinar highlights the release of the Shared Equity Leadership Start-Up Toolkit, which has brand-new resources and guidance to support leaders who are interested in distributing responsibility for equity work more broadly across campus. The Pullias Center’s Adrianna Kezar and Elizabeth Holcombe and Pullias Center affiliates Jude Paul Dizon, Angel de Jesus Gonzalez, and Jordan Harper will share an overview of the new toolkit, highlighting some of its highest-impact exercises. The research team will be joined by panelists from three campuses that were part of a national cohort funded by the ECMC and Sloan Foundations to begin implementing SEL. The panelists will share key lessons and insights from their experiences.
