This guidebook, and a companion syllabus, are designed to support individuals who will be facilitating a Professional Learning Community (PLC). College and university faculty, staff and leaders have been exploring how to create a campus culture that is student-centered and equitable. Building a PLC that brings together a cross-functional group of educators to learn, imagine and act has the potential to identify ways to improve at-promise students’ experiences and outcomes on your campus.
